Disclosures

Use at your own risk.

J.T. Marlin is experimental software for trading tokenized assets and optional fee-sharing pair tokens. Nothing on this site is a registered security, an investment product, or a promise of return. You can lose everything you put in.

01

Use at your own risk

Access to this site and any tokens, markets, or fee distributions described here is provided as-is. You use them at your own risk. Digital assets are volatile. Smart contracts can fail. Markets can go to zero. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, your transactions, and any loss that follows.

J.T. Marlin does not claim to be a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, bank, or issuer of registered securities. Tokens on this site are experimental digital assets. Stock tokens may track a listed company's price without giving you shares, voting rights, dividends, or any claim on the underlying company.

02

How distributions are set

Each token-stock pair routes a share of the trading fee on every trade into a daily distribution pool. Once every 24 hours that pool is paid to wallets holding that pair token, in proportion to each wallet's balance at the snapshot.

Because the pool is made up of fees actually collected, the size of a distribution tracks how much that pair traded that day. Payments are variable by design. They are never a fixed rate, an interest payment, or a promise of any particular return.

03

Risk disclosure

01Distributions are variable

Daily payments depend on trading volume and fees collected on each pair. They rise and fall with activity and are never fixed or guaranteed.

02Market risk

Stock tokens and pair tokens can lose value with the underlying equity and with market demand. Fee distributions do not protect against a falling price.

03Smart contract risk

Onchain systems can contain defects. Only interact with official contract addresses published by J.T. Marlin, and verify them before you transact.

04Use at your own risk

Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, hold, or sell any asset. These are experimental digital assets. You can lose everything. Decide for yourself and only use funds you can afford to lose.

04

Not advice or an offer

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing here is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or other asset. Content is informational only. You decide whether to use the software and you accept the outcomes.

Only use funds you can afford to lose entirely. If you need advice about your situation, speak with a licensed professional where you live. Regulatory treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and can change.

05

No affiliation

Robinhood Chain is a public network and is referenced here only as the network these tokens trade on. J.T. Marlin is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc.

Stock tokens track the price of a listed company but are separate digital assets. Holding a stock token is not the same as owning shares in the underlying company and carries no shareholder rights.

06

Contract safety

Always confirm the contract address your wallet displays before you sign anything. Reach an explorer yourself rather than through a link you were sent, and verify the address before you transact. Only use addresses published on this site after launch.

Pair distributions, when live, are designed to be non-custodial: you hold your own tokens, and payouts go to your wallet. Software can still contain bugs. Audits, if any, do not remove risk. Use at your own risk.
